Do you know the following problem? Your wire has 0.25mm² and your crimp contact is designed for 0.5 mm²! Not a real match, is it?
This is a common problem, not only in small series production. Your crimp contact has an optimal crimping at 0.5mm² and it is quite obvious that with a nominal cross-section of 0.25mm² the crimp cannot really be properly assembled.
