
In principle, the design of the insulation crimp must comply with the specifications. Positional deviations of the insulation crimp flanks and/or changes to the contact geometry after the crimping process can negatively influence the chamber play of the crimp contacts mounted in the connector housing.

After the crimping process, the contact geometries (93) must be maintained according to the manufacturer's drawing and the specified tolerances. Deformations are not permitted.
